Common Questions

How do I join my child's team?

Open the Patron Athletics mobile app, go to Teams, and enter the invite code your school sent you. You'll start receiving announcements right away.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Check Settings inside the app to make sure push is on, then confirm notifications are enabled for Patron Athletics in your device system settings.

How much does Patron Athletics cost?

The platform is free for schools. If you use our fundraising tools, we charge a small fee (8% + $0.30 per donation) that donors can choose to cover, so your team keeps 100% of every gift.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@patronathletics.com from the address on your account and we'll remove your data.
